Contract Extensions
If you are unable to complete your project within the fiscal year of your Conditional Grant Agreement, you will need to do a Contract Extension (also known as a Carry-Over) to extend the Agreement into the next fiscal. Fill out the Contract Extension form and email it to Finance Officer, HCTF.
Although the activities and expenditures will occur in the following fiscal year, they will still be invoiced and reported on under the original Agreement.
Note: HCTF’s fiscal year is April 1st through March 31st.
