As CFO of the newly formed Foundation, Aaron is responsible for all financial and corporate service related matters. With the successful implementation of a new independent financial system now complete, Aaron is focusing his efforts on refining business processes to build on historical successes, incorporating HCTF’s new strategic plan, and adapting to a new non-profit charitable governance structure. Over the past decade, Aaron has spent most of his public service career supporting the natural resource sector in some capacity. Having completed challenging and fulfilling roles at the Ministry of Environment and ex-Crown Corporation Forest Renewal BC, Aaron is excited to be part of this new stage in the life of HCTF. He holds a B.Comm, International Business from the University of Victoria. When not attending to financial emergencies, except to find Aaron on some remote stretch of road taking in the day on his bicycle.
