Submission Instructions
- Attach 1 copy of the completed pdf document to an email;
- You may also attach up to two substantive letters of support – no general “fan mail” please;
- Please indicate in the subject line: “2012-2013 HCTF Enhancement Application “;
- Email it to hctf@hctf.ca;
- You may submit enhancement applications anytime between October 3, 2011 and November 2, 2011.
- Hard copies will not be accepted;
- MS Word documents will not be accepted;
- Applications must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the deadline
- Late applications will not be accepted.
- HCTF will confirm receipt of your application. If you have not heard from us by 2 weeks after submission, please give us a call.
