Seed Funding Application Form

Seed Funding Proposals are eligible to apply for up to $5000.  Seed Funding Proposals are geared towards those projects that are still at the design or visioning stage.  These projects require small amounts of funding to conduct feasibility studies before proceeding to apply as an HCTF Enhancement Project in future years.
