NOTICE TO O&M PROPONENTS WHOSE PROJECTS WERE APPROVED IN 2010-12:
- Proposals for O&M funding continue to have a 3-year funding horizon.
- The 3-year proposal you submitted for the 2010-2012 funding cycle remains current.
- However, HCTF is still reviewing and approving O&M projects one year at a time, until further notice.
- This is Year 3 of the 2010-2012 proposal -- it will be reviewed according to what was submitted in the proposal, with the following considerations:
- If you have changes to the activities or budgets from what you proposed for Year 3, then please submit a revised proposal*.
- If you do not have changes from what you proposed in Year 3, you do not need to submit a new proposal, but please confirm by email (to hctf@hctf.ca – include your O&M project # in the subject line) that there are no changes.
- Some regions (who have already been contacted) have been asked to submit more detailed O&M applications.
*PREPARING / SUBMITTING A REVISED YEAR 3 PROPOSAL
- Revised Year 3 proposals must include the rationale for any budget increase, new sites or activities. Describe the original HCTF involvement / investment. HCTF will only provide O&M funding to maintain and support HCTF investments in projects.
- Note the completed Project Application Form must follow the format provided, and must be typed, not handwritten and double-sided. Only proposal packages submitted in the format stipulated will be considered for funding.
- The deadline for receipt of the revised Year 3 O&M proposals is 4:30pm, November 2.
- Please submit one Electronic Copy ONLY to hctf@hctf.ca. No Hard copies required.
